electronically and real time. Each driver carries wireless hand-held communicators and input the name of the person who signed and at what time. Through instant communication technology,
this information is available to you through the tracking section of this web site, or by e-mail. You may also contact Customer
Care.
If you forget your shipment number we can track your shipment just as easily by destination street
address -- or your own internal billing reference. Hard-copy proof of delivery in the form of a copy of the delivery
signature is available 24 hours after delivery for up to 12 months.
